Caldwell is Danny’s hire and has moved some NIL finds so to speak. At least in Tony’s eyes anyhow. That’s why she is landing so many blue chip players.

Danny and Tony do not like each other and should he come back he likely won’t be reporting to Danny

to be more transparent, TV’s issue is that money that he raises is pooled into other non rev sports and he feels like it should go to him.

I mentioned this in another thread but this is like Heup getting an offer from an NFL team like the Steelers or Packers. Even if you're perfectly happy with everything in your current gig, you're going to at least strongly consider this.

TV is also still recruiting his ass off and landing elite classes despite real or perceived slights from DW re: NIL. Are there concerns on TV's part that DW is making him work harder for those, or concerns he won't be able to continue to land these classes in the future if that continues?
