Also, FSU have you considered a defensive coach? We just resigned Tim Banks, and he is aces on the recruiting front. Better get him fast!

Butch not going out and getting a real job was so petty. I know he was the most successful of the 3 Stooges we had between Kiffin and Heupel, but he's the one I still dislike the most.

I have watched the replay, the ball was thrown in front of the LOS and it was about a yard in front of it. Was a good call. I am hating that crap to the sideline play. Good teams are reading it and blowing it up.

Except that it wasn’t blown up. That’s a staple in Heupel’s offense. Get your WR’s in space with 1 to 1 defenders. It went for 8-9 yards. Pretty much the same play that Velus Jones took to the house at UK in 2021. We saw it a bunch with Hooker, too. Then, when they play man up tight, it’s go time. That’s Heupel’s offense.

A yard or half yard, that call isn’t made more than it is made.

He does. But there is also something to a stoic coach who doesn’t let poor plays affect you. He was a QB.

One more thing. Why wasn't Bama penalized for jumping on JA when he was down after the safety throw?

Birmingham officials serving notice to Joey and to Bama (but the latter already knew) that flagrant cheap hits on our QB were open season.





Jumping as high as you can and raising your arms to increase the full body weight impact is not a tackling maneuver. It’s a technique to injure. But he doesn’t miss the chance to punch the neck before he gets up.

I think lamb and Pickens belong in tier 1. Diggs and boutte aren’t tier 2 diggs is washed

I’ll allow it. But diggs has been playing well and the little I’ve seen of Hopkins showed he still has it. Admittedly, I’m not completely tuned into nfl since I stopped doing fantasy football.

They’re both solid but not anywhere in the tier of the studs mentioned in the other duos you had
