I think they are looking at the remaining schedule and realizing OU, UF, and Vandy are all up for grabs too. We lost to the 2 good teams we played. 2 unranked teams took us down to the wire. 8-4 is more likely than 10-2. This team isn’t getting better week to week.

The run defense played their best game of the year thus far. Pass rush was non existent however. Let’s win next week and see how the chips fall

Yeah we lose to FL until we don't. We don't travel well, play undiscipline on the road, the way we're playing I'm marking that as a L until we beat them, it would be nice if we did though, we may even split the OU/Vandy game.
I'm just going to enjoy the games with the expectations that we won't be in the P/O this year. If we pull it off some how great, just don't think we will

How many of our fans would have predicted this ranking at this point in the season after we lost our starting QB the day after spring practice ended and lost our 2 starting CBs to injury, one of which was an All American?

Luckily we have 2 teams ranked above us on the schedule and those games are at home. Fun year especially considering how things looked over the summer with Nico leaving and us getting a player to be named later in return.

Makes a lot of sense if you watched the game and seen the product Tennessee put on the field.

We will be favored in all the remaining games. We are very capable of winning out. We no doubt have to start playing and coaching better, but we are capable of doing it. We just have to fix the fixable, too many unnecessary drops and pre snap penalties on offense. Too many missed tackles in open field on D. And both units could stand to add a few wrinkles. Especially the D, we are way too bland.

I agree! We aren’t making the playoffs! 9-3 is the new reality! As has been said before we won last year because of defense! This year our offense was somewhat improved but our defense took 2 steps back! With last years defense we would be 7-0! Just face reality and accept your destiny

I don't make factual statements on things I have no control over so Im not saying we will. What is a fact is I was told by several here last year that we were 100% not making the playoffs.

Probably should have lost to a bottom 4 SEC team in MSU, played very bad against another bottom 4 team in Arky (at home), and didnt look the part last night.

The only time we've looked like a Top 15 team this year was in a home loss...
