Napier fired

I always believed Kiffin hired back to UT would have amounted to a good story of prosperity forged through trial and error, forgiveness and redemption. ESPN would have gobbled up that story and found a love for TN (which never hurts), and frankly speaking—I think he would have done better at Tennessee than what we are seeing. Perhaps I’m wrong. I am absolutely not complaining with the last 4 years and am not at a point of complaining too much this year. Season isn’t over yet, and I want it to work out for Josh and company, his kids, our program and our fans.

The fear here is do they get James Franklin? It's no secret that Lane Kiffin has been after it or Saban coming out. I do not like this news.
Yeah gators have some good coaches. I’m not sure if I’d want Franklin. Shame that they prob have best one in their back yard…I really wouldn’t want Golesh at Gators

4-21 versus 3-6 against top 10.
If the trend tracks, thay will put Heupel at double the wins against top 10 teams.

You can have Franklin..ill pass.
Let's put it like this

If there was a bridge barrier that had the literal definition of a Medicare coach (Butch Jones) and on the opposite side was an excellent coach (Kirby Smart), James Franklin would be right there in the middle

Slightly better than Butch Jones, definitely a good hype man, culture builder, can get you playing competitive each year but not elite

Disagree.

Vandys defense is good too, its not just Pavia

You could put Peyton Manning on a typical Vandy team and he's not beating LSU alone
Agree. My daughter dances at Vandy (I don’t know what I did wrong). So, unfortunately, I’ve had to go to a lot of games. Pavia is a baller and a winner as well as a leader. However, that team is more than him. That whole staff is doing a great job. It will be interesting to see how they do next year.

And i think at some point, Kiffin will coach hear again one day

"What if I were to tell you, that time does heals all wounds?"

On the next 30 for 30: The prodigal son

That hit so hard lol

We forgive your daughter!

If I'm any other SEC team right now, I'm keeping my coach for another year no matter how bad.

Imagine getting into not only a national race but a race within the SEC between Florida, Arkansas and potentially Auburn and LSU.

Nah I'd pass.

Someone ending up with someone even worse

And he tried to cover up a rape

I’m hoping they hire Banks as head coach and he takes WM with him to be his defensive coordinator and Halzle as his offensive coordinator

I mean, this has to be the year we win in the swamp, right?? if we don’t this year, I don’t think we ever will, but unfortunately, I’ve said that before.

I actually think we are going to make a run to 10 wins and win out.

There is going to be a lot of consolidation with the teams above us just in the SEC alone.

OU beating Ole Miss to get back in the top 10 as they come to Neyland will be a big first step
