Can the dude lose some weight? i mean for health reasons alone and it would probaly give him a little fire and energy on the sidelines during the games. He wasn’t a big dude in college best i remember. And also shave or grow a beard out make up your mind, his look is so slobbish looking and unprofessional right now for being a major head coach at a big university.

Idc what he looks like if he can coach football. He can't and that's a problem.
He can at moments and then has certain situations that are reoccurring major issues. Mainly with time management.

I think he needs to make some staff changes. If he doesn't it might ultimately do him in like it did Fulmer. He has to bring in some top notch quality coordinators and just let them coach man. Just simply let them coach.

it’s not to much to ask. he’s not coaching a high school team. he’s the CEO and face of a $100M business. Kiffin has understood this and lost weight when we got the OM job. People can say it appearances don’t matter but appearances affect results. People who are well kept and and in good physical shape command more respect.

Andy Reid is a slob. Mike Norvell is fit. Sometimes life is nuanced

yet there are several examples in this sport where this couldn't be any further from truth
of all the top coaches in college football, how many are significantly out of shape. i’m thinking of 7 guys (Lanning, Smart, Deboer, Kiffin, Day, Indiana, Franklin) and they’re all in shape. need some help identifying these examples you speak of. Lea, Sark, Venables, Beamer, Riley, all in shape. i can’t even think of 1 great coach who isn’t

The ones you mentioned were always clean shaven....neat in appearance. Some you mentioned were linemen and were naturally big....Heupel always looks like he's coming off a 3 day drunk, IMO.

Many labelled the late great mike leach as an offensive genius, yet weird and not good-looking

the biggest surprising factor is: as a program we were struggling badly. we are doing much better now and the guy who has turned things around very quickly on message boards has grown men discussing what he looks like? wtf
