This take is probably in the minority and I realize we were a playoff team last year, but I feel you can tell pretty early in a coach’s tenure if they are truly “special”. I think Heup is a good coach but not elite. Reminds me of Mark Richt. Good enough to make it difficult to fire, but not good enough to win a championship.

We’re going to have pony up some elite dollars if we want to legitimately compete for a natty. Show me the money.
