Then there is the soft coverage 10 yards back of the LOS when Bama is on their own 1 yard line. Smart, so very smart.

The majority of people seem to want Kiffin, not sure if he’s interested in leaving Ole Miss or not, but worth finding out.

Some say Lincoln Riley hates it at USC and would love to get back east. He’s been so-so at USC but people forget he was something like 55-10 at Oklahoma.

Some say Marcus Freeman would be interested in leaving ND, also worth finding out.

Golesh would be down a ways, but he’s in the mix along with guys like Brent Key, Clark Lea and Drinkwitz.

And lastly, when you’ve had Billy Napier for 4 years, James Franklin, while flawed, would be a massive upgrade and he’s certainly available.

Refs wouldn’t allow it, anyway. Game was decided before kickoff. They’ll even up the penalty yards for people too stupid to understand no calls, spots, and situation. Most people will repress what they saw with their own eyes and turn on our guys.

And the way the Birmingham refs openly invited and co-signed open season for dirty hits on Joey was despicable.

Some may call me a naysayer, but it’s important to note that this was our best chance to win until most likely 2027. I’m skeptical about next year. Brandon will be a true freshman and Merc is trash. Gotta get another Joey-type QB in the portal or just pray GMac steps up.
