Maybe the Giants just want to make pro baseball fun.

I will say I question how personalities will mesh at the pro level when he's managing personalities and superstars above him.

Does San Diego have a fun team? I’d say the Braves with Acuna, albies, and money Mike are more fun.
All that said- isn’t TV’s fiance an Arizona girl? That’s a lot closer to Cali than TN.

That's not a Tony problem or a Danny problem, that's just the reality of the situation.

From my perspective, I obviously prefer all our programs win. Obviously. But given the choice between a good baseball team and, idk, two top 100 football recruits... Give me the football recruits. JMO.

You can name all the programs where baseball is 1st or 2nd priority and a Top 20 program with Top 20 pay on 1 hand. That's not a UT problem. Like you said - That's just college baseball. He knows that and there's no way he's frustrated in envious of that. Hell, when he took the UT job he knew it wasn't even Top 3 priority at the time. It was below softball, women's basketball, and probably even track. And when Barnes leaves his program will probably move to #2 in Knoxville.

I don't see an issue with the NIL rumor. Tony has the #1 class a couple years in a row with big time transfers. 1 year of moving money to WBB helped them secure the #1 class which will catapult them to the top of WBB fast. Then WBB can pay baseball back over a couple years. Thats a good AD move.

Posted this in game thread when I meant to post here.

The SEC Office needs to move to Atlanta. It and the refs it employs are never going to catch the flack they need to as long as it remains in Birmingham. Or heck Chattanooga would do fine. No state income tax for their employees.

Lol they even said upheld instead of confirmed. They can’t stand that ole miss is owning uga right now.

But truly, we probably need uga to win this game to make our resume look better.
