No he’s not at all. Have you watched Vandy this season or college football at all. Take off your orange tinted glasses this isn’t Vandy of old.
I will say...they will drop back down to earth after Pavia and Lea are gone. But they're pretty dynamic on offense right now. Some of our dumb fan base just doesnt like to admit when other teams are good. Same with the Bammers. I cant stand them. I hope they lose every game they play. But they are one of the best teams in the country right now. No one wants to admit it though.

I agree. I think we lose to either them or OU and to Florida and Bama today to finish 8-4, 7-5 is still very much on the table. Vandy is much closer to a playoff team and SEC championship this season than we are but some of the fans on here will never accept that. Pavia and Vandy will have their way with Banks and our soft defense.
This is perfect example of what I referenced in the other thread for those wanting it

Yep you are correct, i hate the dores and Pavia and hope we crush them but the reality is it will be a war with those guys to win that game even in Knoxville. But they are a very good team well coached and play complementary football and of course their QB is a special player who has lifted that team and program. I wouldn’t be shocked at all if Vandy beats us.

He was so special against us last year...and against Bama this year...he's not that great...Aguilar is a much better QB and a better person...

Vandy is really well coached. They totally outplayed LSU even with inferior talent. I do like their offense, but part of the uniqueness of it is Pavia doing the off-script stuff. Gotta keep him in the pocket.

But situational 🏈 they have it down. Gonna be an interesting game when we play them.

But any given Saturday (or day that ends in Y) anyone can get beat if you don’t bring your A game.

It is one thing to admit that Vanderbilt is a good football team, which is clearly evident now, and another thing to say we don’t have a chance at beating them AT HOME.
