TSIO food traditions

Ok you tailgaters and smokers/grillers I’m interested in what are some traditional and modern food traditions you’ve experienced for the TSIO. I’ve never had the pleasure of eating elephant but I’d imagine it tastes like meth and incest. So what do you plan on throwing on the smoker or grill today?

I'm making my smoked chicken wings. Simple rub, simple sauce, but man, they are delicious. I have an egg, so I also use it to get some flavor on the queso. Smoked queso is a thing of beauty.

Just took wings off the smoker, wife made a pot of chili , I made pasta salad, and here in a bit making a couple of pans of cornbread muffins.

Yes sir
