That is not the way it is supposed to work. The aid was supposed to be minimum 600 trucks from Day 1 regardless of whether Israel had every single body or not. It's there in writing.

Israel complying with the agreement that it signed and not refusing to meet the minimum aid requirements is not anyone "getting the better of" them. Just more word salad to attempt to justify something with no real justification

They've been seen working with bulldozers etc. to retrieve more bodies and they have. Mr. "pro-life, anti-conflict, love your fellow man" is totally okay with breaking a ceasefire agreement to starve out a population because Israel (and no one else) says the other party breached too. The agreement says that Hamas would deliver the hostages in its possession within 72 hours, which it did. There is nothing in the agreement about "ramping up" aid. If you're Mr. "love your neighbor" and not full of it, you should want at least the minimum amount of required aid - if not more than that - flowing immediately as required, rather than advocating for breaching the agreement to use food as a negotiating tool.
