What other message boards are saying (Alabama pre-game edition)

I want this win more than any other one
Ive said that about 10 times in the last 5 years and the only one that that I got the W was when we beat Bama with Hendon at home in 22 I believe. I think we should finally have our game and win this even if it is by luck but the georgia game was a choke and that is why I am not too confident. Like 1 play call or 1 player playing out of their mind and we finally get an off road win that we have been craving.

How does it benefit the SEC or officials to have such a disparity of calls for Arkansas?
Nothing for the league, but plenty for the game when you look at the penalties killing drives and momentum. A loss to Arkansas would have changed CFP odds considerably.

I think that the Refs are suspect in any game. I truly believe the problem is that the Speed of the Game has left them behind and they cannot keep up with it. Running clock, players moves, and penalties randomly applied in one team's favor vs another. Penalties also becoming a game changing moment. I also believe that they have favorite coaches and despise others. They want coddling like the good old days and feared the wrath of a Saban type coach.

We could just as easily be 6-0.

Agreed. You could go back on just about anyone’s season on a given year and say “well if they’d made this play or if we didn’t do this wrong”. Bottom line is we’ve had more points on the board 5 out of the six times we’ve played. The one that got away was entirely our fault.

I’m not saying SEC refs don’t make a bunch of mistakes. It’s just not intentional to benefit another team.
