I like lifting them as high as I can while holding my breath and dropping them and grunting at the same time. I'm gonna start recording all the creepy girls who check me out, but don't know I'm recording. . . then call them out online, before realizing they're not really looking at me at all.Id say drop to a healthy lower range of your max dumbbell bench. Say 50, 45, or 40 in 12-15 high intensity, high rep range.
Maybe even move to a negative rep on last set.
Just make sure you grunt really loudly, then slam your weights. Lean against the glass like you just deadlifted 500.
Me and the other 60 & 70 year olds with bird legs will stand around the bench press for 2 and half hours, towels around neck, gawking at every 5 that walks by. One set of 225 will be done per 30 minute sesh.I like lifting them as high as I can while holding my breath and dropping them and grunting at the same time. Thanks to everyone who participated in the Midseason Performance Poll! I wasn’t quite expecting the level of engagement it received (It really blew up overnight) but thank you all! If you haven’t already, here’s the link:
There’s been really interesting results already. Here’s some interesting tidbits:
1. The Tim Banks vitriol was expected, but maybe not to this extent lol. One guy wrote in an answer that was at least 3 paragraphs long explaining exactly why Banks should be fired and why he’s the worst coordinator in Tennessee History.
2. A few people wrote in an explanation for the offense woes and blamed it on Joey. I didn’t expect that one at all. I didn’t even include that as an option for the “holding back the offense” question because I didn’t expect anyone to think that, but that’s on me.
3. Some of you blamed the defensive woes on lack of pass rush. I’m not sure what to say to that. Apparently leading the nation in sacks just isn‘t good enough for some people.
They'll likely end up with Drinkwitz. Glad the AD does not want Kiffen because he would probably do well there.Gator fan on Cig's extension. He was one of the most popular names with the fans.
"Pretty shocking. I don’t care how good a coach you are. Staying at a bottom tier school that is already hard to recruit at and you aren’t an ace recruiter sounds like a guy that is ok with never winning anything meaningful. Just wants to get paid for a few years and retire."
Looks to me like Florida is the bottom-tier school to me.
Suprised that a 'bottom tier' school known for basketball would make their football coach one of the highest paid in the country.Gator fan on Cig's extension. He was one of the most popular names with the fans.

As long as Indiana can win 9 or 10 games a season and a occasional playoff berth, the Indiana fan base will say Cignetti was worth every penny.... The football team were in the bowels of hell for many years,,..Suprised that a 'bottom tier' school known for basketball would make their football coach one of the highest paid in the country.
That is what Heup promised when he got here. He has gone soft on us.Lol. It is well known that Ty feasts off of zone. But yes, let’s sit in zone! Genius! And the safeties and LBs don’t have to think as much in man and can play faster. This leads to more turnovers and guys playing faster.
Since you obviously know exactly what to do, please why explain why you would want to sit in zone when our players don’t even follow opposing players entering their zones? We drop and sit which leads to big plays because we aren’t playing it properly.
I would rather keep things simple and give up some chunk plays than exhaust our defense being in the field so much and leaving our offense on the bench for long periods of time. We can score on anyone so why don’t we take even more chances? More chances leads to more turnovers and more opportunities for our terrific offense.
