Similar to how the Cincinnati city official posted a statement, more or less saying whitey got what they deserved. Was she reprimanded in anyway? Don't think so.

they found 19 "problematic" "texts" amongst 28,000+ posts across 2900 different threads from teenagers. and one of those problematic texts was "Yooooooo" with no context. I am surprised its that little, or these are the worst. I would be interested in seeing the context, the article doesn't offer any and I couldn't find a link to more.


go mining on the internet for terrible things and you will find them. this author must not spend any time on the internet.

none are "acceptable". and it wasn't 19 praising Hitler. it was 19 bad messages, one of which was "yoooooo", only 6 were pro Hitler/gas chamber. regardless, at most 0.4%, or 0.02%, of the possible messages were bad, and the author wants to claim that represents the totality of what this group represents. without any context.

I will repeat it again because I know its a concept you struggle with, I am not defending those specific messages, I am just pointing out its a crap argument. you dig thru 28k young democratic messages I am willing to bet you can find 6 that praise the bad actions of stalin/mao or some other communist leader. does it mean that group as a whole are problematic extremists?

this is just a classic case of one side claiming the extremes of the other represent the majority of the other.
