Seeing these numbers gives me hope for Saturday. It’s our run fits that have trouble. Overall we played well on defense until we went soft to bleed time in the 4th. Maybe Alabama is in for a rude awakening![]()
Do we know yet which group is calling the game?Tuscaloosa at night with @TN-POSSUM 's favorite refs? We might stand a chance at a neutral site with TSSAA refs.

It's the real deal and still one of the hardest programs I've ever done. I used to wear a sauna suit and do the workouts in my garage. The corn cob pull-ups and dive bomb pushups always had me feeling like a wee little man. I remember the yoga and plyo workouts some days were too difficult to even finish.$49/free shippinggot everything I need to become Arnold Ferrigno in my spare bedroom for $75

*anyone ever done the old P90X workout? Holy crap, it aint no joke.
They were in catch up mode nearly the entire FSU game. The UGA game was one of those games where both defenses said “beat us through the air, cause we ain’t allowing you to run.” And then Vandy was close enough they couldn’t just go into ball control mode. How does AL only have 759 yds rushing? Is this what they look like moving forward under Deboard?

I made it about 80% through before I crumbled,It's the real deal and still one of the hardest programs I've ever done. I used to wear a sauna suit and do the workouts in my garage. I may need to drop down to just 14 sets. Time constraints. . .@Enki_Amenra
Ive not done it personally. My good friend and his wife tried P90X prior to kids.
P90X is actually pretty good, and takes a lot of principles of stability, core work, and helps you get stronger, while burning fat (high tempo). Keep it up bru.
Personally, I like incorporating super sets, muscle confusion, and hitting things from different angles. Dont have long to exercise, and frankly dont enjoy lifting much anymore, burned out.
If you have access to exercise bands, cables, kettle bells, and balance balls can really help an exercise get over hump by helping to isolate and make you work while under duress. Say incline dumbells, doing those on a balance ball instead of bench. Makes you work differently.
Also, 100 sets of 20, 7 times a day.
