Official Gramps' Memorial Eternal OT Thread

had shephards pie for dinner..got an urge to buy a Triumph, put some new tyres on it, and drive on left side of road.

Isn't a shepherds pie like a chicken pot pie but for pale people who love the words bugger and c#&t ? I wanted to try that but someone told me that they might use lamb or goat or something instead of beef? Still trying to find some British food that I like. Its challenging considering they call bad cookies "biscuits" and put milk in their (hot) tea...thankfully us Americans know tea is an iced beverage with lots of sugar and made by pitchers or gallons. Not in a little girls teaset.

Think I figured out why I can't post my pictures. The "gallery" on my phone force closes when i click on them to try and do anything with them. I think its because my phone is a galaxy9 thats about 8 years old? And my daughters is an iphone 16 that takes super hidef photos. Those pics are 3.5 megabites each and I dont think my phone can handle the resolution. Getting a new one soon anyway. This one is getting long of tooth. Battery life is still good though 8 years later and i have never replaced the screen or had to take it in to get it repaired etc. I will get another galaxy phone. It will be my 4th. I had a G4, G6, and this G9 with no problems

I’ve had shepherds pie with both beef and lamb and loved both. Never heard of or seen it with goat though. I’ve had curried goat and enjoyed it too, wouldn’t put it on my weekly diet or anything, but I thought it was pretty good.
