Biggest surprise to me is Vandy at 7. Looks like there's a more significant drop off after the first 8 this year than there was last year.
Also again a big dogfight for 4-8. Bottomfeeders will be dreadful.

Hot take: I think both Edwards and Blakes are better than Booker.

Me too! I have never been overly impressed with Booker. She's really good, and can sometimes be super good, but for whatever reason my mind's eye has never had her on its list of GREAT players. I could be totally off and see her become a legendary player. I guess we'll see.

Haven't paid much attention to Texas are the better than last season? A better roster I need to look cause if the same they are in deep trouble when they come to Knoxville this coming season. They are going to need to be a lot more talented cause were far more talented than last season and they won a one possession game at home and another down to the wire in the NCAA.

We have probably the toughest SEC schedule with road games to Oklahoma, Sc, Ole Miss and LSU but I think we could finish higher in the league win the home games and five on the road 13 and 3 should get you very near the top.

Harmon is back this year between redshirts/covid years. They brought in Ashton Judd, Breya Cunningham, and Teya Sidberry from the portal, along with top-5 HS recruit Aaliyah Crump.

Interesting KY at 8, We will see how it plays out but not showing a lot of respect to Kenny Brooks. It does not seem that he has been able to generate that much positive energy around the program.

Over Latson? Nah. Sorry. Edwards isn’t all that. Athletic kid but I wasn’t terribly impressed with her. Too much of a tweener. Unless she put on 10-15lbs of muscle she’s too skinny for what Dawn needs her to do.

On this list Texas has three players: the projected SECPOY, a first-teamer and a second-teamer, while South Carolina has only two. Yet Texas is projected to finish behind SC.

And now that Chloe Kitts is out for the season with a torn ACL, that helps Texas a lot I think.

Speaking of Kitts, I really hated to read about her injury earlier because she has become one of my favorite non-Lady Vols, and it's because when I first saw her as a freshman I was literally thinking, "That poor girl is gonna spend her SC career watchng games from the bench." But then, damned if she didn't prove me dead wrong! Kitts absolutely works her tail off on the court and has gotten better every season, and for that she has earned my respect. So I'm genuinely upset her senior season got nipped in the bud. Ugh.

I think you've double-counted Booker - she's both the projected SECPOY and the first-teamer.

Dawn just got off the media shuttle. The queen has arrived.

Shea Ralph was on earlier. My feelings about her are slowly turning. She was impressive this morning. She definitely grew into the job.

No longer one of Geno’s harpies, and unfortunately, no longer UConn’s coach in waiting. She has established herself as a threat in the SEC.

The BO-FDA considers snark and insinuation to be parts of a nutritionally balanced breakfast.

Today will be one of those rare times when I'll be envious of y'all with TVs, who get to have lunch with CKC.
Does anyone know if she took any players with her?
