UA is 12th in rushing in SEC, but 3rd in passing..that is good for us imo as pass rush is our strength. Sure would be nice to have McCoy back though.

This game is very gettable.

Would be great to get Jerod back but corner isn’t the issue. We struggle in coverage with the middle of the field

I don’t know ball strategy as good as most on here but seems like we struggle with zone significantly, and McCoy really allows us to man up a lot more. I could be completely off base on this but either way, it would be huge if we could get him back.
I also don’t expect him back this week and honestly I’m just gonna keep that mindset until I see him out on the field playing (or not if he never makes it back).

Ken Williamson officiated the 21 TN/bama game too.

That's 3 of the last 4 TSIO games that I've found so far.

He didn't ref the 22 game. VOLS 52 -49

If it's not Ken Williamson, look for Kyle Olson (he did the bama/Georgia game this year and at least 1 of their conference championship games. Bama won both times). "Gomer" the guy with the Cajun name is another one to look for. It won't be one of the Gump alumni or the black guy from yesterday's game.

Simpson doesn’t turn the ball over unfortunately. We got bad safety play, one good Lb, and one Cb learning on the fly.

None of that matters when you lace em up on TSIO though. We got a QB, an excellent OL, and pass rush… those things usually travel well.

Who cares, anytime a player steps on that field it should be personal. If you need extra incentive to get up for a game that should be 2 top 10 teams playing each other and trying to avoid a 2nd loss than I like our chances even more.

The point was the officials, at the end of the day, didn’t allow a UT win. It’s going to happen again, so prepare thyself.

That game 2 years ago only saw a single penalty on Bama, for 5 yards and it was a pre-snap infraction that had to be called. Not a single live ball penalty was committed by Bama, evidently. Not a single hold, PI, or personal foul.

If this game is close, officials will eat the flags in favor of Bama. It’s death and taxes.

And if memory serves, that penalty wasn’t called until late in the 4th quarter.
