Windy's football discussion thread.

That sh-t last night was corrupt. Funny how its always the same crews over and over that make the huge blunders that 100% of the time benefit Alabama or Georgia....
It’s really sad that this happens in a billion dollar industry.
I’ve always tried to believe that they just suck and it’s not corrupt but I’m starting to wonder. They definitely need to air the instant replay discussion

The SEC is reportedly open to a big change that Tennessee Vols fans are begging for after close game against Mississippi State

"The SEC has reportedly discussed allowing viewers to listen in to the replay process (as the ACC is now doing). Sankey is also reportedly open to using replay to make the right call on “certain objective issues” (according to The Athletic, this would include things like illegal touching, formations or face mask penalties)."

I’ve reviewed the video of Auburn’s goal line play. The Georgia defender dislodged the ball with one hand and then the other. The Auburn player did not have clear possession of the ball and was struggling to regain control of it when it may have broken the plane. The Georgia player who recovered the loose ball was atop the pile of bodies. He regained his footing and ran to the opposite goal. It was a fumble, recovery, and score by Georgia.

Still, synced pictures show ball was across plane before contact by Georgia player....
