Hood and McCoy are not a product of Martinez but keep telling yourself that

Also, the second we lose #2 we will drop in the polls like a rock. Everyone is just waiting for the excuse because we are not a T12 team, especially with this D.
Name me ONE person that had Colton Hood projected to even get drafted when he transferred here in the spring

There are 6 games left in the season.

Why do we have to win out? She has OU and Bama both above us and either would qualify as a signature win.

Also we’re about to have 2 first round CBs selected and you want Martinez gone lol what are we doing here?
If we win 10, we’re in. Lots of carnage still to happen. Our problems are not at corner, it’s at safety and linebacker.

We are a fg away from being undefeated. We are missing 2 starting CBs. It’s obvious we should’ve taken another safety. Our def could’ve had 45 more sacks but their qb is also crazy talented. We did what needed to be done also heup went conservative again after the 17-point lead
Heupel’s, conservative pisses me off. When you play not to lose, you let teams come back. He has got to change that. If we go up on Bama next week, he cannot just run up the gut in hopes of running out the clock.

I hate to break it to you, but we aren’t going 10-2. This team will lose 2, maybe 3, more games. Nothing we’ve put in the field the last two games shows me we are a playoff team.

I read that ESPN article and she’s 100% correct: we have no signature wins and we haven’t proven we can put a FBS team away like we should be.

Interesting, what else that crystal ball say?

One day. One day you’ll trust Heup.

I completely trust Heup. I have zero qualms or distrust against him other than the conservative play calling he’s suddenly turned to when we’re up.

That said, I don’t trust this defense. They are inconsistent and nothing that they have shown in the last two games tells me we have what it takes to beat Alabama, Oklahoma, and/or Florida in the swamp. So unless I see some crazy turnaround next weekend, I’m going to chalk all three of those up to losses.

Hood and McCoy were both regarded as studs before they stepped foot on campus.

UGA was ecstatic to part ways with him too. If that also doesn’t say something I don’t know what to tell you.

Again, agree to disagree. You aren’t going to change my mind and I’m not going to change yours or Mr. Receipts.

So you trust him but don’t trust him enough to find ways to win when the team isn’t dominant on both sides of the ball.

If you don’t think the team we have right now has shown you they can beat every one of those teams then you haven’t watched those teams play and are basing your opinion solely off the Vols.

Well duh. The Vols were the ones letting MSU and Arkansas stay in the game. So no 💩 I’m basing it off the Vols. Because we’re the ones playing dumb.

Walton actually looked decent and took good angles. I pray we see more of him. I can live with some busts here and there.

Did you watch OU yesterday? Have you watched them all season? FL?? Even Bama has flaws and is very beatable.
I think you’re missing my point. Yes those teams are beatable. In fact I even posted yesterday that there’s 0 reasons we can’t beat Bama next/this weekend. That said, WE are playing dumb football on defense right now. And WE are going conservative on offense when we’re up. Thus WE are keeping our opponents in the game. So yes, I do agree we should and can beat all three of those teams. But until WE stop playing stupid football and stop letting our opponents stay in the game, we will lose.

I was screaming at the tv when we got the ball late in the fourth and we ran it three straight times and punted. They had everyone in the box with man to man with Brazzel and Mathews. Old Heupel is throwing that bomb all day. I couldn’t believe we didn’t try it on second down with Brazzel. It would have ended the game and their souls. We can’t let teams hang around and give them hope.

Indiana should be #1. Change my mind.
Indiana to went Oregon and held the #3 team in the Country to 267 yards total offense and 20 points.

Oregon season stats 464 yards per game on offense and 42ppg.

Pretty impressive win by Indiana.

Every team has flaws, some are fatal and others are not. As of this moment I think our run defense is fatal (meaning it’s gonna lose us some games and keep us out of the playoffs).

A bad or ineffective OL is a fatal flaw I would presume.

OU is T-102nd in country in sacks given up per game.

FL is T-86th.

Bama is T-84th.

Meanwhile our pass rush wreaks havoc.

And none of those teams run the ball all that well.

I like the matchups.
