Once the TO is called, the TO is called. You can't execute the TO and then take it back. This is on the same level as Alabama going an entire year without a holding penalty.

Idk if anything nefarious was going on, but last Sunday I grabbed 12.5...... on Friday night I was a little surprised to see 10.5 after no movement all week, but honestly a lot of my other lines didnt move much either this week.
