No kidding. Tennessee players caused each one of them. What’s your point? They weren’t flukes, they were caused by good plays. It’s like saying without those TDs Vols would have lost.

Agree and we would not have won without them. Defense played welll the second half until our offense kep them on the field because we ran the ball,on first down after we got the 17 point lead.

Telander between the tackles is a DAWG but outside he is too slow. But tell me this, which LB, ever, is going to catch Taylen Green? Even Al or Raynoch wouldn't have caught him on that play. Banks refusal to play a spy on a QB like Green is baffling. Since Boo hasn't covered a WR all year, should've had him in Telanders spot, and the other NB in Boos spot, on 3rd and long and use him as the spy.

I watched perlotte run him down. Young guys will get better. Telender is just getting rag dolled and slow. We need young guys to get durable and earn trust.

He didn't run him down. He got a better head start and had the angle which Green ran wider than the previous play. Perlotte looked good on outside plays.

Remember last year when Banks earned his VFL status? Seems like a lot of people have a short memory. He gets it done when it counts. I agree, our staff makes close games even closer than they ever should be, but be happy with a win. Most of you must be too young to remember 3rd and Chavis. He was a great DC and went conservative when we got a lead. Fuller did the same on offense. It’s just Tennessee football versus SEC opponents. We are always one play away from disaster in the second half. Get used to it, take blood pressure medicine and feel relieved when we win. Go Big Orange!

Josephs/Ross need to eat but if we don’t get pressure, it’s a toss up. Our inability to tackle in space is going to be our undoing.

Simpson isn’t a mover but he’s accurate. We have to find a way to get pressure and hold up somehow on the backend.

Simpson is pretty good runner. Watched him scoot for some First downs today. At Bryant Denny, he will be tough to handle.
