Make no mistake, Tennessee has F off money in the bank. They're not hurting for anything, but they'll send out emails asking for donations to help replace the roll up door on the concession stand in Y9, or replace the goalposts, etc. Total joke.

Yeah, the defense is going to end up costing this team a few games. However,if the fans know this ahead of time yet continue to pay to go to these games, that's on them.

I'd love to see the tickets cheaper. But I'm looking at the game on TV and seeing no empty seats. If someone's getting seats for less than list price, they're selling for more than list price on the secondary market. If there aren't empty seats, the people losing out on because of high prices are folks who would have bought season tickets, then sold every ticket they weren't using for a profit. Hard to make an argument that these folks should be getting paid when we're having to find money to pay players.

Wasn’t loud until the defense started actually playing well. Or late in the game. Can’t be fair weather, needs to be loud every single offnseive snap for the opposing team.


And “fine” is not what neyland should be. It should be the loudest stadium every week it hosts a game

Those smelly, cane walking old blue haired Vols have paid their dues. I am one and know several others.

I've been paying since 1965. Of course there were only half as many of us there back then.

"Take the crowd out of it" is a common mantra for the away team for a reason man. You're asking normal people to overcome human nature. There's die hards for sure but even when the tickets were a soup can and 20 bucks, momentum sways the fans. Hell fans create a lot of the momentum themselves
