Former President Joe Biden will undergo radiation therapy to treat his aggressive form of prostate cancer.

A spokesperson for the politician announced on Saturday that the 82-year-old will undergo the treatment, as well as hormone therapy.

The radiation will last five weeks and the Democrat has already begun taking the hormone medication pill.


Ailing Biden announced his cancer, which had metastasized in his bones, in May. He was also treated for skin cancer last month and was seen with a large bandage on his forehead while making public appearances.

The May announcement came just one week after reports revealed that a 'small nodule' was found on Biden's prostate that needed 'further evaluation.'

'He was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason Score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone.'

The key to defeating cancer is kind of out of anyone’s control. It’s to not get an aggressive form. We’ve not made much progress in treating aggressive cancers. When you hear that, your prognosis is not good.

I wish him all the best…but if he’s got cancer in his skin, bones and prostate at this point, it’s everywhere. This sucks

Awful news. Having done the whole radiation/hormone treatment protocols for metastatic prostate cancer, I assure you the treatment sucks sucks sucks.

All the best to him and his family as they navigate these next steps.

After what he INTENTIONALLY did to our country, I have ZERO sympathy, empathy, or concern for him or his family. Just to be fair, I feel the same about Pelosi & Waters. Dirtnap City for all of them. 🇺🇸

You'd probably be best served by directing most of that at his handlers. Even by day 1 of his tenure as POTUS the man was badly comprised. By the end I had plenty of ire with the people pulling the strings and the "Sharp as a tack!" enablers but Biden himself was just a frail old man with damaged hard drive. I'd just as soon he sail off without having to deal with being torn up by some wretched disease.

I’m not sure death is something to wish on someone who is just a sh***y politician. Since cancer is pretty guaranteed to affect you in some way at some point in your life I feel you may have a change of heart.

Must be a really bad prognosis. From what multiple people have told me the general approach with prostrate cancer at an elevated age like an octogenarian is to just manage symptoms. This must be a crazy aggressive case and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

He isn't just a crappy politician. He's a corrupt evil person who enriched himself & family by taking bribes from our enemies. He also allowed 10-12 MILLION ILLEGALS into our country and lied to us daily. I despise him with every ounce of my being. By the way, I was just diagnosed with internal cancer about 10 days ago.....ive got good insurance and Life Insurance plus I'm good with the Big Guy upstairs. GOD BLESS AMERICA! 🇺🇸

Well, as much as I think you are a huge piece of sh*t right this second, I hope your ass cancer doesn't kill you.

Where in the Bible does it give you a pass on wishing death unto others? Just curious.
