Blood On Hands Of Woke Officials After illegal Migrant 'raped and killed' Boy, 13​

The family of a 13-year-old boy who was allegedly raped and killed by his soccer coach is suing Los Angeles officials for 'breaching their duty of care.'

Court filings claim officials gave predator Mario Garcia-Aquino unchecked access to children in taxpayer-funded parks.

The parents of Oscar Omar Hernandez allege city-approved permits allowed Garcia-Aquino, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, to groom children while running a boys' soccer team.

The lawsuit, filed this week, accuses Los Angeles city and county officials of 'failing to stop a child predator' and of 'bestowing legitimacy' on the 43-year-old who coached the Huracan Valley boys' soccer club.

Garcia-Aquino is eligible for the death penalty if convicted since it is alleged that he murdered Hernandez in late March while in 'the commission or attempted commission of lewd acts with a child.'

The undocumented migrant has been accused of sexually assaulting at least three children dating back to 2022.

'The incidents of grooming, isolation, and sexual abuse took place while Oscar Omar Hernandez was a participant of the Los Angeles City approved boys' soccer practice and games at City parks and was thereby under the care and control of the Los Angeles City,' according to the lawsuit.

Cambodian Gang Member Illegally in U.S. Charged for Texas Woman’s Murder​

Federal authorities filed multiple charges against a Cambodian gang member who allegedly shot a Texas woman. The Cambodian illegal alien is also wanted for a 2022 murder in California.

This week, 41-year-old Savin “Two Face” Seng went before a U.S. magistrate judge in Victoria, Texas, who formally charged him with one count of being an alien in possession of a firearm. Seng remains in federal custody awaiting a detention hearing later this week.

According to information released by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, authorities first arrested Seng on October 3, after local authorities responded to a woman’s murder who had been shot in the head at a house near Victoria, Texas. At the scene, officers recovered a cell phone belonging to Seng that had photographs of him holding a handgun. Local authorities arrested him less than a mile from the scene as he was allegedly trying to flee. During the arrest, officers recovered a Glock 17 handgun with an extended magazine.

Woman, 25, Who Was 'Violently Raped' By Jailbird Illegal Migrant Speaks Out About Her Terrifying Ordeal: 'No man will ever love me again'​

A young woman savagely beaten, raped and left to die while on Spring Break last year grew furious when she later learned the identity of her alleged attacker - a Haitian man with a violent history who was in the country illegally.

The suspect, who was deported while awaiting trial, was a stranger when the attack occurred in Miami last April.

The 25-year-old victim's jaw was fractured and her teeth were knocked out in the alleged attack. She was also said to be unable to speak, and when a nurse handed her a sheet of paper, she struggled to write a single word – 'beaten'.

Now, 18 months later, after undergoing numerous operations, the victim, a fitness instructor from Kentucky who identifies herself as Jenny, has decided to finally speak out.

'Looking back on that day I remember laying on the floor of that house he dragged me into and thinking I had already died,' she told the Daily Mail in an exclusive interview.

'I was beaten so bad, over and over again, and I did not understand why. I didn't know this man.'

She would only learn the suspect's identity nine months later after a DNA match led to the arrest of a man who was already well known to law enforcement.

Junior Joseph, 28, had entered the US on a visa that had long since elapsed, records show. He remained here even after records show him being arrested for crimes including domestic violence, battery, burglary, drugs and resisting arrest.

REPORT: Judge Sentences Contractor Who Raped 11-Year-Old Girl While Renovating Family’s Bathroom​

A Virginia judge sentenced a contractor to 30 years in prison Tuesday for raping an 11-year-old girl whose family hired him to renovate their bathroom, according to a local report.

Ricardo Mejia, a citizen of El Salvador who was in the United States illegally, allegedly raped the child three times after gaining access to the Virginia Beach home where he was working. The Virginia Beach Sheriff’s Office confirmed Wednesday that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has issued a detainer for Mejia, WTKR reported.

The crimes came to light Oct. 9 when the victim’s parents heard noises from their daughter’s bedroom around 2:30 a.m, according to the outlet. They found the door locked and used a butter knife to force it open. Inside, they saw a naked man climbing out the window, WTKR reported, citing court records.
