Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

I think we all know what happens to companies/products once private equity gets involved. Eventually they will start to dictate decisions, and those guys are worse-qualified than most administrators to do that. It's really naive to think otherwise because we've seen this time and time again.

I've not seen the last fair SEC referee we had...

I wonder what ever happened to Jason Autry? 🤔

I wonder if Danny and the administration have done any deep dives into some of these refs who have so many ties to Bama. Surely they have, and continue to bring it up to Sankey but obviously to no avail. Frustrating Bama alums are allowed to ref our games.

Football is a game of adjustments, all the time. It's not like they wait for halftime. It's not like, "Yeah, at half time we're gonna change up in 15 minutes everything it took us a week to install." Not. All adjustments within the game plan are made on the fly. Adjustments are planned for during the week. It's called gameplaning.
Maybe an attitude adjustment at the half but not major stratigery.
You thought I was serious?

Also, what’s an attitude adjustment and how do you give somebody one? Does the head coach take the players that are playing poorly, put them over his knee and give them a good spanking?

Great recommendations. That pretty much covers it. Heading there in November. Peche for dinner. Only restaurant I would add is Saba. Ruby slipper for bloody Mary’s.
I have heard of Saba, but not been personally. My mother made a reservation for me there as a gift when I went there this past New Year’s. Come to find out she made the reservation for the wrong weekend lol

Had a good friend, graduated from QCOM then went to UAB as sports med Dr. Said high reps over work, and can lead to injury. Biceps aren't something you want to tear or pull.

I'd say as many reps with good form before failure.
180 light reps a day aint nuthin. . .
