Let’s start off by explaining the irony of calling someone stupid or moronic for a supposed bad football take. I mentioned this supposed series has nothing to do with how Tennessee did against Arkansas 10,15,20 years ago. Your contention is it’s always a tough game. Why because Tennessee jerseys struggle with Arkansas jerseys? Nothing to do with trajectory of the teams, recruiting, coaches, anything. Just because Dooley’s team struggled against Arkansas in 2011. Forget that Tennessee has completely different coaches, players, and an AD. Sounds like bullet proof logic to me

Now onto the high t nonsense. The reality is you know nothing about High T, masculinity, or even being a man. I just see a self projecting loser talking about insecurity and low self esteem. It takes a boatload of insecurity to come barreling in calling people names, comparing them to another fanbase, and attaching something they never said to your argument. Truth is you couldn’t crush a grape let alone keep this same energy in person. And I don’t believe you have discussed Tennessee or anything else in person with anyone. And if you came in hot calling people you didn’t know dumb, moronic, etc you would wake up on your back staring at the sky. Has nothing to do with testosterone. Has to do with learning what a man is. A lesson you’ve obviously missed.

You see it has nothing to do with your take on a game just how you approach people. No need to create a red herring and play the victim now

My question is, how much can Petrino revamping his defensive staff really help them in this one against the #1 offense in the league? How much could they have done in two weeks to cause UT issues? Their issue, to me, seems like it's player personnel rather than coaching and they have the worst rush defense in the league and their pass defense is only one notch above ours, which is not good.

People keep calling out our defense, and while I agree on some of it, it’s skewed because we have let the other team have a lot of possession. If you look at YPP and specifically and PYPP and RYPP to go along with our sacks and tackles for loss it paints a much much different picture.

Just this year already, self-inflicted mistakes cost a home win vs GA and caused the MSt game to require OT. The Arkansas loss last year stands as the prime example of TN "mistaking" its' way to a loss. Vandy last year was a win but we dug a hole early and it was closer than it should have been. Penalties on offense that kill drives or negate long gains, discipline penalties that keep the opponent's offense on the field, special team blunders, clock management, these are all common issues against good opponents. Heupel is a really good coach but he's got to get his teams to play much cleaner if he's going to be considered great.

I think if you looked over his tenure here we've been very good with turnovers, less so with penalties but I just don't think it's accurate to say his teams are mistake prone. What's your baseline for comparison? All that's anecdotal and any fan of any team can come up with the same.

I just hope to see more effort from the defense. So much standing around and giving up hoping everyone else will make a play so far this year. The scheme wasn’t great either because every blitz was telegraphed but it doesn’t help when the potential all-SEC type players like Xavien Sorey and Cam Ball haven’t been good at all this year inexplicably.
