He's never going to get meaningful PT in the league. Hate it for him because he was so impactful here his senior season. Prime example of a great college player because of a system who just wasn't good enough at the next level. We've had a few WRs over our modern history who are examples, just the same as other big programsAs usual you don’t know what you are talking about. Just make stuff up.

Logic says this and I agree…it was good to see him at least get a few catches and targets last night. However if he is ever going to close the gap he’s got to start winning the contested balls. He pulled a PI in the end zone last night which ended in rushing TD, but it was an entirely catchable ball for TD, though would have been one handed, which guys do frequently. Those types of catches will get him more looks. He made a tough catch at one point that was incorrectly ruled a drop.
I never understand why some of these franchises use a draft pick on a guy and then proceed to spend their entire rookie contract writing them off and refusing to develop them and never giving them any opportunities.
They didn't refuse to develop him. They had high hopes and gave him opportunities. He didn't perform well enough to warrant much PT. It's that simpleHe made a tough catch at one point that was incorrectly ruled a drop.
