The ultimate sliding doors moment is the Pistons taking Darko over D Wade. He would've had a Lebron-type run in the east over about 7 years, and then Lebron probably goes to NYK and everything about the 2010's is different.

No, the Pistons were taking Melo, if they didn't take Darko. Still, that would have been a very interesting, "What If"
