Israel vs Palestinians II

Of the approximately 2 million people living in Gaza…..There are 500 people left in Gaza who identify as Christian but say Mohammed is the superior prophet.

There are no Christians in Gaza.
Only a complete moron would consider those people Christian.IMG_3645.jpeg@NashVol11 just for you a screenshot without context to prove my point. I know how much you love it when the propaganda Hamas puppet does that here

Haven’t you been busted about 100 times in this thread alone posting lies?

Huff is the the biggest liar! He lies about everything! Never Trust Huff!

I’m just hoping he forgot to turn his caps lock on and that he was intending to do a Gavin Newsome style Trump impersonation. Because if not, I find it disturbing.

"Well uh they had to" or something

So they weren't indiscriminately killing people then. That much payload focused on a very small area illustrates very well just how targeted these strikes were. If their intent was to kill off Palestinians they are either comically inept, or that was never the intent to begin with.

For the record I think this went on way too long, way too many killed. I hope it comes together but I'm not optimistic for the long term. Best we can hope for is relative peace.

The amount of destruction is astounding. It will take decades to rebuild.

There is a good article on the CNN website about how the deal made it across the finish line. Very fair with a good timeline.
I was just searching CNN for a summary of the plan. Wanted to see bullet points. This is all i could find at this point.

Israel and Hamas have agreed to the first phase of a US-brokered ceasefire plan that will allow for the release of all hostages in Gaza, Israeli withdrawal to an agreed point and the release of some Palestinian prisoners.

• The ceasefire in Gaza will take effect immediately following the Israeli government’s approval of the deal, which is expected later today, according to Israeli officials. A “formal declaration” ending the war in Gaza must be made for a hostage release to take place, according to a senior Hamas official.

• US President Donald Trump said the hostages are likely to be released on Monday. Trump’s announcement did not address some sticking points in the proposal, including Hamas disarmament and governance of Gaza.

• The plan has been met with celebration in Gaza and Israel, though residents in both places expressed caution about whether the initial agreement would lead to a comprehensive peace deal.

That's my understanding too. The entire plan hasn't been accepted, and Netanyahu balked at that but Trump thought he was being too negative.

I agree with Trump's approach here, skeptism from both sides should be expected, and Palestinians would surely need to be excused from being skeptical after the last two years.

There are too many reasons for everyone to keep the cart in place, which means it never starts moving. Trump is basically convincing everyone to work in concert to get the cart moving and see where it goes. Can't make any headway without the first step.

If this peace deal doesnt hold up, how will trump react? He seems to have a lot at stake here. I'm guessing if it were to fall apart in a few years he might send like our whole military over there to make a point.

No, you would just be fighting the same diplomatic fights as always.

I dont know. If iran were involved as well as the Palestinians, I could see troops being sent. Probably we'd be on our own too. I imagine europe would provide zero support due to ukraine and tariffs. Israel and the us isolated alone against everyone else. Seems like a recipe for an L for both countries.

Iran has problems at home.
