I was at the 2015 game and hearing woo pig sooie in Neyland over and over again toward the end was annoying as hell.

Also we still had 3 timeouts and would've gotten the ball back anyway, we just would've had to go 40 yards longer

You sound like one of the dumber Kentucky fans whining when the ones with common sense say that it may be hard to be Tennessee considering they rarely ever do it. Or just like yourself when you thought everyone was dumb and scared for think Mississippi State might not be a cakewalk.

Arkansas is often a surprisingly tough game for us, including that one last year as you recall, so it’s fair to say they shouldn’t be taken lightly.

What team that won the national championship in Fulmer’s era shouldn’t have? Maybe should have won another conference title or two, but it wasn’t as if there weren’t other teams that were as talented as we were during Fulmer’s heyday. Nebraska , Florida, and Florida State were all supremely talented from 93-99, and in 01 Miami was one of the best teams ever.

Before the VN "Merge of Threads" blunder there was a thread with set of rules most of us tried to follow. A couple that come to memory is "Don't create a thread for every that pops up in your head" and " See if there is already a thread for that topic before posting another".

Didn't need another threads to discuss the same topic was my point. Appears that was over your head.

Most of Tennessee's football success is pretty 2000 though and primarily with Neyland. Neyland was our Saban and we haven't gotten lucky since. Maybe Heupel will go on a run though...

The basketball program beat them by 29 points in Fayetteville the year before last. Actually have won 9 of our last 11 games in basketball against them.

You get horribly bent out of shape when someone says your favorite football team might struggle more than you think they will in an upcoming football game. That’s not indicative of High T, pal. It’s more indicative of insecurity and low self esteem.

Also I guarantee you would not act anything like you do on here in real life, so that’s pretty ironic coming from you. I’ve spoken with probably hundreds of people regarding Tennessee football through the years, and not once has anyone ever got their panties in a wad like you do on the many occasions where I said “we might have a tough time winning this game.” I promise you I wouldn’t be afraid to give you my honest opinion on a football game in person, but I seriously doubt you’d piss your pants out of anger like you are so prone to do on the internet. I could be wrong though, you could actually be this maladjusted.

I would look for a lot of blitz packages on Saturday. A brand new defensive staff with not a lot of time to prepare and nothing to lose will try to create disruption and confusion on every play.

Not quite sure how I feel about your wondering about me, so stop.

I liked Freak's rules. They were simple and straightforward, shame they are no longer posted. But I see no problem with a gentle nudge to an OP hinting not to start threads to discuss a topic already being discussed another thread is really a no 🧠 er. That opinion comes without judgment on the nature of the thread, positive or negative.

1993 Tennessee at Arkansas and Danny Ford is upset that we weren’t kneeling on it…Fulmer’s rule was pretty much, he’d kneel on it for the last play but until then, we’re running plays.

I will never forget Danny Ford saying, “I hope they tear a knee up!” clear as day the sideline mics picked it up. Would be a HUGE deal now but back then obviously if it was my picked up on immediately there was no way for it to be amplified like now

Wonder about whatever you want but just be clear I don't know any men who use wonder like you do. I would never say "wonder what they or he we're thinking?" I say "what were they thinking?" But apparently wondering works for since you have used it frequently in your replies to my comments.

We didn't have hall monitors when I went through grade school, so those comments are lost me. Your age group may have needed them but ours didn't. But it’s a juvenile comment where you're where you try push a hot button.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and free to post but we all answer to management. See something that bothers you then there's report button is in the lower left.

Now go wonder somewhere else.

Well, noted Gump guzzler and self-styled "Commissioner" of college football Josh Pate decided to put us on upset alert tonight.... in our house... in a revenge game. Just thought the LOM/worry warts in this thread would like to know; also, Josh Pate should never be allowed step foot in the shadow of Neyland ever again.
