Well azz. I was responding to Mooney s post about how cheap HI was prior to the affordable care act. For those who are self employed or work for small businesses who don't have a group plan,health insurance was out of reach due to cost. The ACA provided a group plan for those people.

Charity is a choice... Supporting thru the government taking my money for others choices is not... So referring to someone who doesn't wants as not being if Christian value shows you don't understand the difference

Apparently you believe that if we give more and more money and power to the federal government that all of a sudden they will “fix” the healthcare in this country or feed all the hungry or house all the homeless?

Your solution to stop sending money to Israel is to give the federal government more money?

You keep bringing Jesus into your argument. It appears that you want the government to do the job that you should be doing. If you want to take the responsibilities away from the church and give it to the government then maybe churches should start paying taxes.
