How do you know this. He was driving 70mph or more in the opposite lane heading head on towards the turning car that saw him, it’s very easy to see he likely caused the crash. Of course this was also before he tried to kill a family member and ran from police.

But yes, he was a terrible human being. The only person he tried to kill was himself. I'm sure you're glad he did

I know when I am fighting with my family and shoot a gun it's not being terrible or violent.

We all face spiritual warfare. It's just sad that he didn't have anyone to turn to for guidance and felt so hopeless that he took his own life. I'm sure the accident was crushing to his soul and devastating to the families who lost loved ones. Sad all the way around.
