UNC Football has had a stake planted in its' heart by Bill Belichick, and those who hired him.

Sometimes, the obvious answer is the right one. In 2 years, if not sooner, all those who played a role here...including Bill and those who hired him...will be gone. UNC Football is dead in the water for at least the next 3 years. It will take a miracle hire to resurrect this program within 5 years.

It is what it is.

I get wanting to stay busy but there are far less-stressful ways to do that. W picked up painting. Surely Bill could slap some paint onto a canvas.

Something very strange went on in North Carolina that led to all of this drama. I don't know what it is. Probably not possible to know. But it just doesn't pass the smell test.

if he wanted to coach, even at the college level, go be a special analyst or whatever Jerry Kill is for Vandy.

It's a weird situation because I suspect that the role his "girlfriend" is playing is as his handler. I don't know why Bill would take that job unless someone was making him. I know it's a ton of money but he already has a ton of money. He's not running it like he gives a crap.

His personality has not changed over the years. The laugh is on UNC for hiring a 73 y/o first time college coach.

I'm starting to feel sorry for him.
