If we lose this game at home then I'm going to start having doubts about Heup. We are at home and we've had two week to heal and prepare. We are the more talented team and we have better coaches. We need to handle business

I would not say we have better coaches. I don't think anyone on our staff is as good as Petrino. He also owned us last year. The defensive Coordinator has NFL experience. So, no, I would not assume we have better coaches.

Agreed Petrino is damn good coach he’s been around the block and is better than anyone on our staff. I would’ve taken him here in a heartbeat as coach when we were going thru coaches like toilet paper.

However, we do have better players. And our coaches are not bad coaches. They are all good coaches. Us having better players will give us an advantage though. We are also deeper.

We did hold them to 19 but gave up 430 yards, 10 yards per pass and a game opening 7 minute drive, with an “elite” D as been described. This one is not. Too many long drives leads to fewer O possessions and a cold offense pressing to make a play after sitting for 30 minutes.

Heupel is unique as he often wins with limited TOP. Last year was all on our offensive disfunction. You cannot blame a defense for keeping it close all night with the offense sputtering.

Oh I no Nico was awful, missed a game winning td pass to Sampson then ran out of bounds at the buzzer.
Both can be true. Defense has to get off the field. 3rd and 4th and 6-10 yards has been subpar, most often with a soft zone and 2 safeties we complain about not making plays are 25 yards from the qb. Thats not their fault.

You can't reason with some of these folks, man. We could go undefeated, win the SEC, win a Natty, and they'd still find something to be miserable about

No need to be miserable. You can be thankful that we won by recognizing mistakes were made along the way. The ego blinds those who have been blessed.

Looking forward to this game. It is a great revenge tour game. Arkansas has had our number a few times recently, not just the 4 straight losses but 1999 and kind of 1998 (we won but needed miracle to win).
