they aren't. Congress can overrule the judges by changing the laws. its like the 2A arguments, if you don't like the way the Constitution works, change it. otherwise stfu and stop trying to back door changes that makes things worse overall but easier today.

Any of those others, I absolutely wouldn’t be surprised. Comes with the territory, almost always. Can’t support policies that actively restrict the rights and representation of those groups and claim to be anything else.

They are FAR more often "standing on wishful thinking" or "standing on shaky precedent" that gets their BS injunctions smacked down in their home states Supreme Court and rarely even makes it to the Federal level. IF in fact they had solid grounds to stand on....their partisan BS injunctions would stand up to the scrutiny of the law. They almost never do. It is political theater. Expected from politicians...not from judges.


Now if you want to be an incredible hypocrite and argue that Trump as the executive has no business making ANY laws by XO...you can attempt that but after Obama wrote so much BS and threatened the ACTUAL legislative body on national TV with his "phone and his pen" like nobody ever dared before...then Biden walked in the door at Pennsylvania Ave and dropped a couple hundred horrific XOs including immediately opening the door to 20 million illegal immigrants...there's nothing down that road that looks like anything but hypocrisy or TDS when coming at Trump for doing similar things to UNDO most of those extremely destructive Leftist policies.

I am a small government Conservative and theres no party remaining that is remotely fiscally responsible nor that leaves lawmaking to Congress. The Obama and Biden terms...12 long and ****** years of insanity...are by FAR the worst terms in my 48 years of life though and have done irreparable damage to this nation. Much of which is not even begun to be fully realized. Such as the terrorism sure to come from the thousands of MENA terrorist who walked into the US unvetted. The thousands of Chinese spies who did the same. The Trillions...with a "T"...Trillions of dollars it will cost us to feed, house, school, doctor, track down and deport 20 million illegals. Those damages have only just begun and cannot be undone by XOs or by Congress. Nor by any judge. Trump is a pompous ass of a human being...but he is doing EXACTLY WHAT he was elected to do by over 80 million American adults. Exactly. He just might turn this country around from the runaway train to destruction that Democrats have put us on. Couple more years of Trump and a couple terms of Vance should do the trick. Hope the Lefties keep doubling down on "trans" BS and illegal invaders. It will guarantee defeat for years to come.

I agree. I wish he was more presidential. I'd say any chance of that happening went out the window when they pulled every snake trick they could to try and destroy him. He pulled whatever was left of the gloves off.

Also, the dems continually take the bait. If they weren't susceptible to being trolled he wouldn't enjoy doing it.

The way that I see his behavior is he is going to be him regardless of how other's behave. I think he would still be bombastic and provocative even if his political opponents treated him kindly.
