Are you sure it wasn’t “set ablaze” by an anti-semite?

MAGA doesn’t understand why it’s important for the judiciary to be able to rein in the Executive Branch, and that’s exactly how tf we got here.
This is the truth. Just watching them turn a blind eye to using federal troops to patrol cities (actually just pick up garbage and do landscaping) and thinking the tarriffs are a good idea has been eye opening to the lack of solid education in this country. No wonder people can get rich selling things like "miracle water" here with so many gullible fools.

Comment after comment.

"Why can judges overrule the will of the elected President?!"

Because the FF set it up that way in case someone ever got in the WH who has no respect for the Constitution or balance of powers. Prescient.

What keeps the liberal, activists judges in check? According to FF are the end all be all?

You're usually much more balanced than this. There have been several SCOTUS rulings which erode our liberties over the course of several decades.
It seems to me, both in government and in constituency, there are expansionists and reductionists wrt government role in our lives.

I don't understand the thread title as it pertains to the news article. Neither the judge's nor her husband's political affiliation was mentioned. No commentary about the fire being suspicious. No reference to some political battle they were having. And 3 people rescued from the backyard.

Where is the political angle or the evidence the fire was intentional?

There was a supposed explosion. But you’re right, we should wait for more information to come out.

Placing blame before a suspect is even identified is reckless and irresponsible, and idk who’d do something like that.

The judge in Oregon he’s currently fighting with is a Republican that Trump appointed. You really should just assume everything you hear from the administration is a lie, at this point.
Again, this is about liberal activists judges. Are the district liberal activists judges the final arbiters the way our FFs intended?

I bet it was the liberal judge's illegal alien landscaper that was smoking while filling up the gas tank on the weedeater.

Explosions in a house fire are not uncommon.
If there is something suspicious, I guess it will come out in the investigation.

I bet the person who did it has a punisher sticker on their v6 ecoboost F150 or a coexist sticker on their Subaru.

The Federal troops deployed on American soil riles me up.

I'll ask you the same question, did the FFs intend on activists district judges to be the final say?
Yes. And you can call them activist judges all you want, they are standing on the Constitution which conservatives used to make a big show of pretending to care about. Your HS Civics teacher
should‘ve covered this with you.
