It makes no sense that hamas would execute gays in secret to avoid foreign scorn. After all, they attack music festivals and launch rockets into residential areas. They'd also lose any perceived deterrent effect by not announcing the executions or holding them in public.
Human Dignity Trust, who should know about and would speak out against any such executions, has no reference to Gaza on their site and the results for Palestine say only:

The lies they are spreading are part of their pre-planned fake news campaign.

The only violent incident came from a Hamas–Sumud provocateur who bit a female medical staff member of Ketsiyot Prison.

No wonder the fake-aid Hamas–Sumud flotilla rejected all the proposals from Israel, Italy, and Greece to peacefully unload the aid for Gaza in one of the regional ports: after checking all the ships and yachts of the flotilla, the total “aid” we found amounted to barely 2 tons across 42 vessels.

This amounts to less than one-tenth of a single aid truck!

For comparison:
• A single aid truck entering Gaza carries about 20 tons of aid.
• Around 300 aid trucks enter Gaza every day.

The Hamas–Sumud flotilla was nothing more than a publicity stunt.
