Cheap Alabama TD with 17 seconds to go

Probably just their way of getting back at Vandy and their faithful for storming the field last year. An exclamation point. Vandy played a great game (for a half). They are still someone to contend with this year.

They're better this year for sure. They just don't have the horses to handle the top half of the SEC for the entirety of the game. By the time they get to us they will be limping to a bowl game with a win against Kentucky and Texas

It sure was cheap.. and I'm a lot poorer for it as I would've won a 6 game parlay had Vandy lost by <12.5
Bama, Georgia and Miami all bounced the right way this week. Keeps me from being a degenerate, it could’ve gone the other way just as easily. But that’s why I do it. It keeps me watching and it makes it exciting.

It wasn’t the horses today. It was Pavia a bumbling and throwing an interception in the red zone.

And while I agree with you to some extent, they obviously don’t have quite the depth, this isn’t your momma’s Vanderbilt team. They have a lot more horses… and they are not just nags.

I hated it because it made the score look bigger than it was, but it wasn’t cheap. That a a simple sweep, and Vandy couldn’t stop it. They got caught out of position, and Miller could have walked into the end zone.

A 20 yard run on 4th down while milking the clock is classless? I’m not sure how one could arrive to that conclusion.

After Pavia made sure to be in the media talking about how they were gonna blow Bama out, I’d say they deserved to get the score run up on them. However, Bama couldn’t do that yesterday

Score differential is one of the tiebreaks in SEC standings. Therefore, you should never EVER let off the gas in an SEC game.

Plus, the pollsters don't watch the games and only look at the scores.
Some pollsters don’t even look at the scores apparently since that girl moved Florida up 2 spots after losing to USF 🤣

Thanks to that last TD I actually won my cover bet. I’m taking that $9 to the bar this afternoon and then I’m going leave just about as sober as when I walked in. Go Vols!

That was a cheap, low class TD that Alabama laid on Vandy with 17 seconds left. It padded the score, but Vandy went toe to toe with them at their house today. That game was a lot closer than the score indicates.

I’m feeling better about the Vols going down there now. I felt like that would be a sure loss. I think we could steal one down there now.
Not cheap. Vandy ran it's mouth. They FA'd and then FO'd

Really, you have to score though. Nobody likes admitting that style points matter, but they do. At the end of the season, when the CFP votes are coming in. They won't remember a lot of games and the final score is their factor.
