Outrage in Sweden after a video leaked from the Friday prayers at the Al Rahma Mosque in Kristianstad.

The imam Saleh Abouelenen was recorded saying that men should hit their wives when they disobey their husbands.

Sweden’s Migration Minister Johan Forssell says it’s an example of disgusting “honor culture” while Social Minister Jakob Forsmed says he will investigate whether the mosque is receiving money from Swedish taxpayers.

Sweden has had an increasing problem for decades with so-called “honor killings” in which families kill their daughters, wives, sisters and mothers if they live in a way that’s considered to bring “dishonor to the family’s reputation from the local community.”

Often, women are thrown out of balconies and all family members then say they saw them jump, making such murder cases very difficult to prove in court.

Sadly, that is why sometimes Islam is popular among young men and how it sometimes spread.

I think it was a big part of why the young Afghan men didn't even bother to defend their nation and allowed Taliban to take over. They love having a regime that brutalizes women and treats them as nothing more than sex objects.

That's a kinky take, and dumb. I'd say not getting themselves killed and their families made destitute was their main motivation.

No they don't sound like they're from Philly or even Cherry Hill. Given that it's a MEMRI clip it's almost certain that it's in Palestine or thereabouts.
Did you stop to question whether a state government really funds a mosque? That shouldn't be happening.
