I know. It’s a less common occurrence than a total eclipse.
Pavia may come up short, but hopefully Nico and Florida can do it.

Will be a tough game regardless just because of the history. That being said Texas is very overrated and Arch’s quick decision making is bad. He is very slow getting through his reads. Joey is much quicker and that comes with experience.

State fans are going to be livid - horrible loss vs. a horrible team e No head coach.

I would laugh but we will be in a similar situation a week for today. Surely our young men will come out with juice and put the hogs away early.

Agree. IMO, too much pressure was out on the kid in the off season.

Heisman talks, SEC championship, playoffs, national title.

This is the kid’s first yr playing. He has the talent and experience will take care of the rest.

Several times on that last drive he had receivers wide open in the middle of the field but failed to get through his reads and had to scramble out of the pocket. I still think Florida drops a few more before we play them but the silver lining is that maybe a big win like this secures his future in Gainesville for another year.

Three teams above us lost - 2 of them now have 2 losses. They lost to teams that are not going to magically jump us - if we don't move up at least 2 - then the conspiracy against us is real - just saying.

CJH should make sure everyone associated with the team is full aware of what happened with the UCLA - PSU game. Focus and no over confidence. Same is true for us fans - we need to pack the place and be loud.

Agree 100%. Thats why i respect coaching staff for Ohio state and UGA. They aren’t perfect and I don’t like them, but Ohio State and UGA rarely lose a game to an inferior opponent. Yes It happens, but it’s rare.


We should beat Arkansas handily but we saw the outcome of UCLA’ interim coaching staff. It was night and day with play calling and putting the kids into position to make plays. Petrino will have his kids ready to play.

I’ll be at the game ready to stand, yell, etc.
I traded Saturdays with another colleague to attend this game.

Our players should know the possible consequence of taking a play off - mistakes happen.

Ex- dropped passes - one was a TD, missing a block that would’ve led to a TD and so on.

W/ that said, GO Vols!

If FL St beats Mia I'm assuming they'd jump us so it might only be a one spot jump.

unranked Boise State has a lead on Notre Dame...

And one game that _is_ finished: totally overrated #14 Iowa State got hammered by unranked Cincinnati.


Probably a good weekend to take a break.
