Dude. You can do research later in life. I was a dumb kid who did what other people around me did when I voted for the first couple of times. I grew up and learned how the world works. I read books, I created my own belief system. And the Republican Party changed dramatically. a political party whose whole point is to get you to hate other Americans doesn't align with my beliefs anymore. It's that simple

I just have a different viewpoint of the world right now. What the government is doing now worries me. The reliance on AI and the cutting of thousands of jobs that the president deems "too democrat" worries me because of the precedent it sets for the future. These are tumultuous times and I am just frustrated by the finger pointing going to people like you and me instead of the guy who has proven time and time again that he won't do anything for you if it's doesn't do him any good.
