Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

If McCoy returns this season, that will highly impress me from a character standpoint.

As noted, he's only 9 months removed from the ACL, it would be fully understandable and still is, if he doesn't play this season.

But, if he does play, with nothing to gain besides being on the field with this team, is a risk that some of us may not take. He does have a NFL career opportunity in front of him. We all know he has people in his ear who are telling him what he should do and shouldn't do.

I don't believe, I at that age, would have the maturity to process all of this.

I'm a McCoy fan rather he returns or not. Of course, I love the idea of him playing and helping this team. But, I'm not going to be angry if he doesn't make it back.
I think it’s a tough spot for him

Negatives:
Getting re-injured
Putting bad film on tape if he isn’t ready

Positives:
Showing NFL teams his injury is behind him (if he’s ready)
Playing with his brothers a few last times on a historic run to the Natty

I keep seeing Florida fans talk about how they can't sell their tickets. 42-year season ticket holder on Reddit is trying to sell their tickets to the Texas game and no one wants them.

"I sure hope Stricklin pays attention. As a 42 year season ticket holder, I'm done going to games anymore under this regime. I have 4 tickets. I posted then on the ticketmaster site to sell. I have never seen so many tickets for resale on the alumni side. I started at 200 per ticket, now I'm down to 100 and still no takers. If I was Stricklin and the UAA, I would look at this and consider how many of these season ticket holders will not be renewing if they are bailing on what was supposed to be the big home game this session. Sad times."

I'm not sure why anyone would do it for day unless told to by a doctor. Seems like there's more medical harm than good from what ive read.

Eat healthy. Enjoy life.
No offense, but choose your sources better. There's information littering the internet on how healthy fasting is for you.

I don't necessarily disagree with your conclusion, but using "info littering the internet" as your core argument isn't very convincing. The internet is full of misinformation and bad information.

Yes, you have to check your sources no matter what you are looking up on the internet. I'm clearly not talking about misinformation. It's sort of disingenuous to suggest I was.

Who you think Braves hire for Managerial position?

You think AA just promotes Walt Weiss ?
I’m leaning more Mark DeRosa. I think AA likes the familiarity but not STRICT familiarity. One candidate that’s worked a good cross-section. Weiss is more of the same as Snit but younger…which I don’t necessarily hate.

And there's plenty of sources thay say otherwise. Maybe you should choose your sources better ?
No credible ones whatsoever, on account of they are wrong. You could have just googled it yourself. Just google Intermittent fasting. The first result is John Hopkins Medicine talking about the benefits.

I'm not engaging further.

I've read DeRosa and Schumacher... I believe Schumacher takes the Rangers job ...

I lost 30 pounds in five months with intermittent fasting…healthily. Went back to a normal schedule and still lose at a more level rate.
