We've got a boom or bust defense right now. Hopefully as we get some guys back and other guys get more experience we'll see a lot less busts. Despite the points they've given up, they certainly don't look hopeless like many defenses we've watched in the past. I think they could actually end the season as a good defense.

I go to bed at 9pm so it’s always a thrill in the morning to wake up and see what happened lol

I don't know, the '89 backfield was stupid good when it was intact.

Cobb & Webb with Amsler & Poles at FB. Had Cobb been able to keep his demons under control and Webb had stayed healthy it would have been amazing to see what that foursome could have accomplished in '89 & '90 behind what were essentially Pro offensive lines.
