Interesting…On3 made it sound more Virginia/Tennessee battle, the visits led me to think that way as well. Typically you don’t visit school A in June, wait around, visit school B, C & D in September & October and then circle back and commit to school A. Not saying it’s never happened, but doesn’t seem very common to me.

Sadler has already been on two officials to Tennessee and UCSB with another scheduled for this coming week to Oklahoma.


In September, Sadler visited both Tennessee and UCSB. The Vols have been in pursuit of Sadler but months now and UCSB has a tight connection as his former high school coach is now on staff with the Gauchos.

Tennessee: "Just the people there. Everyone was nice to me, welcomed me with open arms like I was already part of the team. It felt like a real family and home vibe. If you are there, you are part of a family. Everyone comes back. All of their alumni come back through. Grant Williams came back when I was there so I had a chance to talk to him. Just the whole visit, seeing everything, all the people and the football game; all of that stood out to me. I hear [the Zakai Ziegler comparisons] all weekend."

Wants to narrow his list and make a decision in the first quarter of next year
