I don't have a clue how ratings are figured. I'm guessing that if someone flips the channel over to watch the HT show it's credited with a household watching?
As will turning the channel away during halftime (my intention). They’ve got numbers down to each commercial.

I have always said that if the Titans were smart; they would make sure to draft at least one Vol in each draft. Doesn’t have to be in the first or second round. But it would get some Saturday eyes to tune in on Sunday.
I still can’t believe they passed up Hendon for Levis 😳
There are a growing number that could easily justify bringing in a few as free agents or PS candidates.

Here is a breakdown of his SNL appearances:
  • April 25, 2020 (Season 45): He made a cameo appearance in a sketch.

  • February 20, 2021 (Season 46): He served as the musical guest.

  • October 21, 2023 (Season 49): He pulled double duty as both the host and the musical guest.

  • May 17, 2025 (Season 50): He returned as the musical guest for the Season 50 finale.

  • October 4, 2025 (Season 51): He hosted the Season 51 premiere for the second time, with musical guest Doja Cat.
Yep. I had never heard of him. That’s a pretty prolific list of appearances on SNL though.

I had never heard of him, but I did pull up and listen to a few of his songs on Spotify last night.

I have a pretty broad range of musical tastes, and I'm sorry, but that crap is terrible. Seems an odd choice for a Super Bowl, I don't care how many worldwide listens he gets.
Its reggaeton. Its all terrible. It all has the same, exact, beat. Always. Its 1 step below country music for originality.

I'm pleasantly surprised you know who BTS is, but Bad Bunny is more popular than them in the U.S. too
I have listened to both. They both suck. The most miserable time of my life was taking my daughter(huge BTS fan) to a K-POP concert. They literally sang an “I scream for ice cream” song. It was funny watching the crowd go crazy over that song.

Kpop is probably the worst music ever made.

However, it is objectively hilarious in its existence.

Hooker got cut and isn't even on an active roster. Making sure to draft a player from the local school every year wouldn't be "smart" at all for an NFL team

It is smart if the goal is to make money selling tickets and merch; and Hooker would have provided both without costing the team much. I mean, the NFL is all about the money; not the excellence of the product.
And it’s not like the Titans are competing for a championship or anything 😂

The goal is to draft the best team possible and win, not to appease the nearest college fanbase. Every NFL team makes plenty of money, and a wasted 68th overall pick is a high cost
