@FLVOL_79 you might appreciate this. I was at Levitation fest in Austin this weekend and got to see Acid Bath on Friday. They're on a reunion tour after 25 years of hiatus.

I've loved them since I was wee, and that was probably the best metal set I've ever watched. Dax is just an incredible, versatile singer now.

Sham at LG is still a problem. Need to
get Sanders at RT and Perry at Guard.

Watch the double pump by Joey standing in the endzone. All in 1 motion he pulls the ball down, recoils his trunk even though his feet never move, then slings that ball out for 35yds. Slowed down you can see the 2 guys who got hands in Joey's face on the 1st try. Thats an amazing play IMO

Brooks grinds a lot of tape and watches ball for a living. He says unequivocally that Brazzell should be the 1st WR drafted this year. Got to give Pope his flowers man. Brazzell has been greatly developed, he struggled last year. The freshmen are getting better each game...though Matthews dropped a sure thing 70yd TD in this one and Staley has struggled. Pope also landed the best WR recruiting class in the US for 2026. NOT OSU...NOT LSU...WE have 4 ballers coming in next year. Ballers. I wanna see what Rad Jackson and others can do in the Slot though. Somebody needs to take a couple drives from Staley til his hands improve.

** in addition to the dropped TD pass, Matthews is the WR that didn't "look for work" on the pass to Thomas out of the backfield. If Mike makes that block its a sure thing TD. DB was the only defender. We did score the TD anyway on this drive.

In Brooks defense, it looks like OPI on Brazzell in the camera view from so far away. The closeup on the broadcast showed it was a terrible call though from the sideline closeup. The ref was running down the middle of the field and made a bad call. Great stiff arm by #17 at the goal line too.

If Matthews just makes that TD catch which he likely makes 4/5 times in practice and we dont get the OPI penalty that wasnt, we win this in regulation by 2 scores even with the missed FG...and Joey throws for over 450 yards and 4TDs while running for another.

Acid Bath is fantastic. I've been watching videos of their live performances on Youtube. I need to see them live in person.

But did they slaughter any goats on stage?

I'll wager this reunion has some long legs to it. It's surpassing expectations on both sides. I will absolutely fly places to see that again.

They are one of those bands who actually sound like their records. I've been impressed by what I've seen from them musicianship wise.

New album 2026 maybe/would be nice
