A Spanish style fried egg is fried sunny side up in a puddle of olive oil until the edges of the albumen are crispy and the yolk is almost like a soft boiled egg. Today, I made a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on toasted multigrain bread with two Spanish style fried eggs. 😋
 
Yes, I’ve seasoned an ahi tuna loin with three peppers, seared it on a seasoned iron griddle, sliced it, and served it for a party.
