Look no further than the front office. They had a solid coach in Vrabel, got butt hurt because he was hanging out with Kraft in the suite and fired him rather than risk him leaving Tennessee for New England. Maybe offer him a better contract to entice him to stay?

They fired him because he hung on to coordinators that weren't getting it done for too long. His refusal to consider anyone other than his meh coaching tree for offensive coordinator. Poor gm decisions didn't help but his record is what got him fired.

He dealt with more injuries than any other coach the two seasons prior to his firing; and was still in a position to make the playoffs. He wasn’t the second coming of Belichick, but history will show that firing him was the wrong decision. Cal sucks. Hes an offensive guru and can’t even will his team to score a touchdown.

I honestly think this is it for Callahan. Amy despises losing to Houston as it is-but we’re about to get shut out the day before her birthday, after changing play callers.

It’s gotta be over. There is zero way to justify keeping this moron any longer.

Team desperately needs an infusion of new talent. Luckily, we are almost certain to have the No. 1 pick (and hopefully a bounty in return for it) unless an interim head coach can work miracles.
