David Smith won't be able to ref that game because he is a Gump alumni, former team captain, and the Sun Bowl MVP. It'll probably be the supervisor for Alabama Power, Steve Marlowe. He's from Birmingham and hates the VOLS too.

I feel like the broadcast did a poor job of showing how much orange was in the stadium. I’m seeing more of it in the post game videos than TV showed. It’s like they didn’t want to show wide shots of all the orange, but we got wide shots of the white out. Maybe I overlooked it while live

Broadcast was bad.

Audio was soft, no sideline mics, never heard a whistle or pads popping, and too much dead air.

So, explain this to me. Penn State falls to number six after taking Oregon to overtime and losing. We don't move at all after taking Georgia (who was number 4 at the time) to overtime. Which team has Penn State played that is better than the teams we played?

B1G admin and media stick together to make sure their member schools are positioned favorably. SEC admin is perfectly happy to slit each other's throats while a lot of SEC media is trying to prove it is not just regional, but nationally aware & relevent.

will be interesting to see the OL lineup play out..Sanders better be the dude at RT to replace Perry, and Sham has been solid.

We have not been running the ball well enough. I have no ability to diagnose that, but I wouldn't say we have some flawless unit there and shouldn't mess with it.

I do understand not wanting to replace Perry, even if he's staying on the field. He's playing better than Heard in pass pro, and both have been great.

Looking at it repeatedly, it struck me that the defender lost his balance when Brazzell swiped his arm down to remove the defender’s hand that was pushing against Brazzell if that makes sense. Was as bad of an Opi as I can ever recall seeing.

A Mississippi St friend of mine said the same thing to me this morning. Said he felt they deserved the win but that the OPI call on us was a really bad call.

I really hope we do move Boo to safety. Turrentine is good in the box but not in space or in coverage. Boo is quicker

Take it with a grain of salt but LWSVOL says McCoy hasn’t participated in any practices yet. No contact yet. He said he’d be shocked if McCoy was back by Arkansas.
